UNRA began operations as an organization in July 2008 and has been in operation for 15 years. The institution is in charge of constructing, maintaining, and running the national road network, as well as advising the government on road policy matters and assisting in the coordination and implementation of road policies.
All Public Servants To Be Digital Literate
According to Dr Amina Zawedde, the permanent secretary of Uganda’s Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, the certificate will be required based on the level of digital skill required for each specific job and will be classified into three levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced (for more technically challenging jobs).
