Hamz Stadium-Nakivub Approved for CAF
The stadium, which opened to the public on June 1, 2024, has been approved to host the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup preliminary rounds, as well as the Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifying and final tournaments and the men’s U17, U20, and U23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) competitions.
